Re-appointment to the NHS Modular Building Framework

Elliott is pleased to confirm its re-appointment to the NHS Modular Building Framework (SBS/10091) All NHS SBS approved organisations can take advantage of the framework, to make sourcing their modular buildings quicker and easier.

Elliott has the joint highest number of lots within the framework (7 out of 7 applied for) and scored an average 82% in the assessments, underlining the expertise and resources the Group has to serve the health sector.

We’re looking forward to maximising opportunities on the framework, which runs until July 2023 initially and covers the hire, purchase and lease of buildings. It also covers Healthcare, Education and Residential- specific solutions, so is broad in scope.
