This is achieved by providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions using our vast fleet.
You play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
What are our responsibilities?
Continue to improve knowledge and understanding of the range of stock and services we can provide.
Handle inbound inquiries and cold leads promptly to customers' requests, queries or concerns.
Engage with these potential clients, learning to identify their specific requirements as well as with present Algeco customers to ensure suggested solutions meets their needs.
Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools/ trackers, manage pipelines and maintain accurate and informative records.
Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs.
