PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Manager (HubSpot) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and expertise in HubSpot. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our CRM strategies to build stronger relationships with customers, drive customer retention, and improve overall marketing and sales performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- HubSpot CRM Management:
- Oversee and manage the company's HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is optimized and fully integrated with other tools and systems.
- Manage CRM data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records, lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
- Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, automation processes, and lead nurturing programs to maximize customer engagement.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Analyse CRM data to provide actionable insights and reporting on customer behavior, sales funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly track key CRM metrics and KPIs, presenting performance data to leadership teams.
- Create and implement reporting dashboards within HubSpot for real-time tracking of key marketing and sales objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement campaigns using HubSpot.
- Ensure campaigns are properly segmented, personalized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and conversion.
- Integration & Automation:
- Lead the integration of HubSpot with other platforms such as salesforce, marketing automation tools, and third-party software.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
- Utilise CRM data to create and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavioural insights, purchase history, demographics, etc.
- Implement personalised communication strategies to improve engagement and retention for different customer segments.
- Team Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Commercial) to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot features, CRM best practices, and how to use the platform to enhance customer relationships.
- Troubleshooting & System Maintenance:
- Address and resolve any issues related to CRM processes, automation, or integrations.
- Maintain and update HubSpot’s CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing CRM platforms, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Proven track record of managing CRM systems for marketing, sales, or customer success teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, lead management, and segmentation strategies.
- Experience with integrations (HubSpot API, third-party tools, etc.) and CRM automation.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Marketing Knowledge:
- Experience with email marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Comfortable with data reporting and using analytics tools to measure and track CRM effectiveness.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior leadership.
- Ability to explain complex CRM data and insights in a simple, understandable way.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot Sales, etc.)
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Familiarity with additional CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, and performance optimisation
